Our Cultural partners at Art Work Exeter are running three creative workshops to get you fully into the seasonal mood with a zero-to-waste agenda!
Work with origami and paper sculpture artist Beatrice Corsetti to learn some impressive paper folding, to decorate your seasonal table and living room.
You’ll be making cutlery-holding napkins, table centrepieces and hanging (tree) decorations with a choice of bright, colourful, vintage, unique and luxurious papers.
This workshop is not suitable for younger children. It involves cutting and folding paper and card with precision and requires a level of concentration and manual dexterity.
Each workshop lasts for one and half hours, they are consecutive, so please be prompt for arrival on time.
As with all of this series of workshops, the materials are recycled, re-use, post-consumer and post-industrial, including from Exeter Scrapstore. Festivities don’t need to mean loads of waste or single-use plastic! The decorations you make will be great for years to come if stored well after use.
