Our Cultural partners at Art Work Exeter are running three creative workshops to get you fully into the seasonal mood with a zero-to-waste agenda!
Join collage artist Stuart Crewes in making a selection of unique and charming greetings cards in the Surrealist exquisite corpse style.
You’ll be using a selection of Victorian and reproduction etchings and mid-20th century line drawings with vintage and decorated papers to create a series of quirky characters to populate your friends’ and relative’s mantlepieces!
We will be using scissors and cutting tools, punches and non-toxic glue.
This workshop is most suitable for older children and adults, it requires a level of concentration and manual dexterity.
Each workshop lasts for one and half hours, they are consecutive, so please be prompt for arrival on time.
You can book here or turn up – but be aware that there are only 12 places available at each workshop.
As with all of this series of workshops, the materials are recycled, re-use, post-consumer and post-industrial, including from Exeter Scrapstore and Inky Fingers Workshop. Festivities don’t need to mean loads of waste or single-use plastic!
Ticket Prices: £7.50/£10.50
