Commotion on the Ocean – storytelling from Clive PiG

Quay Words and Summer at the Quayside present Commotion on the Ocean – storytelling from Clive PiG

Get ready for Commotion on the Ocean! Stories from the seven seas to be taken with a pinch of salt told by Globetrotting Storyteller Clive PiG.

Clive will be telling tales over three slots, the event is free, and no booking is needed, just turn up! This free event is part of a season of activities at the Transit Shed, Summer at the Quayside.

Clive PiG is a storyteller, poet and potato juggler.

His dynamic delivery of traditional and original tales appeals to young and old, making him a popular performer in the UK and beyond.

This travelling talesman has sung songs on TV in New York City, shared stories in Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan, and spouted poetry at Number 10 Downing Street.

Clive’s storytelling is theatrical and interactive, combining music and song, rhythm and rhyme. His dramatic performance style is captured perfectly in his illustrated books of original stories and comic poems – The Adventures of Mister Storyfella, Jurassic Cove and Unicorn in the Playground

“He doesn’t just tell the story, he lives the story.”

Emma Cordy, Stage Manager, Big Top, Kidz Field, Glastonbury Festival.

Sessions will take place in the Transit Shed from 11:00am to 11:50am, 12pm to 12.50pm and 1pm to 1.50pm.
