Quay Words presents: A Celebration of Words with Exeter Writers
Join one of the longest running writing groups in the UK for a one-day festival.
Our Cultural Partners at Literature Works are pleased to be ringing in the new year by teaming up with Exeter Writers, one of the longest-running writing groups in the UK, for a day of festivities, to celebrate their 75th birthday.
A Celebration of Words With Exeter Writers uses this remarkable anniversary to bring together a wider group of local writers for a special one-day festival on Saturday 24th January at Exeter Custom House – home of our Quay Words live literature programme.
This mix of panels and workshops is aimed at helping local writers and authors, with topics such as:
– Plotting a good novel
– How to get happily published
– Forensics for crime writers
– Advice and Networks for South West Writers
Even if you’re totally new to Exeter Writers, this the perfect opportunity to get involved, learn something new and expand your network.
Take a look at the full schedule for the day on the Quay Words website, and book your place.
Ticket Prices: £10 – £20
